Ordered a pair of glasses several weeks ago. When the glasses arrived the film was literally coming off of the lenses. I returned 2 weeks ago. The glasses were delivered according to tracking. I was told the returned would be processed in 5-7 days. That was 2 weeks ago. They do not respond to calls, messages, emails or online chats. A very very very disappointing experience and now i have neither the glasses, nor the money i paid for them.
I never ever write reviews on sites but I felt the need to with this one. I returned a pair of glasses and it was delivered to EzContacts on Dec 31 but I still have not received a refund. I emailed the company 4 times! “ This is completely unacceptable. I understand a refund can take a few days but it’s now been over one week and there is absolutely no word from the company. How can consumers trust such a business that guarantees returns yet does not respond to FOUR emails? Where is the accountability and responsibility? You now have in your possession my money and your glasses. It is no short of theft.

Quick, fast, and relatively easy. I didn't quite buy how quick until I was holding the contacts in one hand and pushing my open mouth shut with the other one.
I bought them and They are just perfect. The glasses are exactly the same quality as the sunglasshut. Definitely worth it!
Order took 2.5 months; when I placed the order, it was supposed to be 3-7 days.
This is an awesome website. But they don't commit to the time they show for delivery and the availability.
I have ordered 4 glasses on Mar 4th, and the first one was shipped in the same day ( Amazing)
Second one was shipped on Mar 11th ( Acceptable )
Third one on Mar 24th ( Come on!!)
Fourth one not yet shipped.
It's almost a month now and haven't received the fourth one.
And by the way, It cost me extra money to expedite the delivery.
Please guys...
I really hate to make bad reviews because I always try to solve things by talking, but this company really has people who talk very well, it is a shame to hide the real situation of purchases from its customers! Four calls two different people and the same excuses... and to make the refund worse it will take longer than the deadline on my glasses should have been delivered.

I ordered an item that the website said "available in 2-3 days". 6 days later i contacted customer service who said they had to order it from the manufacturer and would receive it in 10-15 business days and then ship it. So I'd count on a month or so.

Seemingly forever... I'm on 20 days now and it hasn't shipped.

They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
